Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of QuickNvoice on the web, iOS, and Android. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

Effective August 4, 2026

What QuickNvoice is, and what it is not

QuickNvoice helps you write, format, send, and store invoices and project agreements. It is a document tool. It is not a law firm, it does not provide legal advice, and nothing it produces is reviewed by a lawyer. Templates, suggested wording, clauses, and signature workflows are starting points that you are responsible for reviewing.

We do not promise that any document, clause, or electronic signature produced with QuickNvoice is valid or enforceable in your state, province, or country. Signature and contract requirements vary. If a document matters, have a qualified professional review it.

Your account

You need an account to create live client links. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done through your account. Give us an accurate email address, because that is how we verify you and how account recovery works. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Your content

Your documents are yours. You keep all rights to what you write, the client details you enter, and any logo you upload. You grant QuickNvoice only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, render it, generate PDFs, and show it to the people you send links to.

You are responsible for having the right to use the content you enter, including your clients' details and any logo you upload. Do not use QuickNvoice to send anything unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing, to impersonate anyone, or to attack the service or the people using it.

Electronic signatures

Both parties type their legal name and confirm they intend it as their electronic signature. We record that consent along with a fingerprint of the exact document version, the time, the consent version, the browser user agent, and a one-way hash of the signer's IP address. That record is evidence of what was agreed and when. It is not a guarantee of enforceability.

Free plan

The free plan includes 3 live client documents per calendar month, the standard design, PDF export, and the agreement builder. Free client links stop resolving 30 days after they are created, and free documents carry the QuickNvoice mark.

Plus subscriptions and billing

Plus is offered monthly and yearly. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price at the end of each period until you cancel. Subscriptions purchased on the web are processed through RevenueCat. Subscriptions purchased inside the iOS or Android apps are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and must be cancelled in that store's subscription settings.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge. Plus stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then your account returns to the free plan. Your existing documents are not deleted when Plus ends, though free plan limits apply again to new ones.

If you are unhappy with a charge, write to moealomairi@gmail.com within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it. Purchases made through Apple or Google are refunded by them under their own policies. If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you before the change applies to you, and you can cancel instead.

Features that depend on other companies

Some Plus features rely on outside providers. The agreement rewriting feature sends your text to a third-party model provider and returns suggested wording. Suggested wording is a draft. Read it before you send it, and edit anything that does not match your work. If a provider is unavailable, that feature may be temporarily unavailable while the rest of the app keeps working.

Availability

We aim to keep QuickNvoice running and to give notice before planned downtime, but the service is provided as it is, without a guaranteed uptime commitment. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue something you paid for, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription.

Ending the arrangement

You can stop using QuickNvoice and delete your account at any time from the account deletion page. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms or the law, or that is putting the service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, QuickNvoice is provided without warranties of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. Where that is the case, the limits above apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be waived.

Governing law

This section is not settled yet. Once the operating entity and its jurisdiction are registered, this paragraph must be replaced with the governing law and dispute resolution terms, reviewed by a qualified lawyer, before QuickNvoice is promoted publicly. Until then, nothing in these terms is intended to select a forum or waive any right you have under the law that applies to you.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we will update the effective date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use QuickNvoice after a change means you accept the updated terms.
